耐碎石沖擊試驗(yàn)機(jī)是一種能瞬時(shí)測(cè)定和記錄材料在受沖擊過(guò)程中的特性曲線(xiàn)的一種新型沖擊試驗(yàn)機(jī)。本機(jī)通過(guò)更換擺錘和試樣底座，可耐碎石沖擊試驗(yàn)機(jī)是指對(duì)試樣施加沖擊試驗(yàn)力，進(jìn)行沖擊試驗(yàn)的材料試驗(yàn)機(jī)。沖擊試驗(yàn)機(jī)分為手動(dòng)擺錘式?jīng)_擊試驗(yàn)機(jī)，半自動(dòng)實(shí)現(xiàn)簡(jiǎn)支梁和懸臂梁兩種形式的試驗(yàn)。被沖擊的試樣在受錘沖擊的瞬間，通過(guò)高速負(fù)荷測(cè)量傳感器產(chǎn)生信號(hào)，經(jīng)高速放大器放大后，由A/D快速轉(zhuǎn)換成數(shù)字信號(hào)送給計(jì)算機(jī)進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)處理，同時(shí)通過(guò)檢測(cè)角位移信號(hào)送給計(jì)算機(jī)進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)處理，精確度高。 本儀器是在符合國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的沖擊結(jié)構(gòu)的基礎(chǔ)上，加裝高速角位移監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)和力檢測(cè)傳感器和放大器，經(jīng)計(jì)算機(jī)高速采樣，數(shù)據(jù)處理，可顯示N-T和J-T曲線(xiàn)，數(shù)據(jù)存盤(pán)，數(shù)據(jù)報(bào)告打印等。
