產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)：該產(chǎn)品外形為部分圓柱形、部分為六方體，由4件不銹鋼、硬質(zhì)合金件等緊固裝配連接組成，一端為噴水口，一端為與噴槍螺紋連接接口（入水口）。噴嘴全長≤46mm，直徑≤42mm。

產(chǎn)品特點：耐酸、堿腐蝕，耐高溫、耐磨損，霧化均勻，霧化所需壓力較低，霧場霧化角度60——110度，單只噴嘴流量從110kg/h到1200kg/h，通過多噴嘴組合可滿足不同規(guī)模生產(chǎn)線的需要。

產(chǎn)品用途：噴水霧化，適用于增濕塔、篦冷機、磨機等噴霧降溫。

產(chǎn)品維護：噴嘴中裝有過濾網(wǎng)，應定期卸下清理。管道過濾器保持正常通路，以延長噴嘴使用壽命。在煙氣環(huán)境中，停止噴水時應噴氣保護，防止堵塞。

中小流量空心錐形噴嘴A/B系列設(shè)計特點：

A/B系列噴嘴有一個特點是能產(chǎn)生空心錐形的噴霧，噴射覆蓋區(qū)域是一個環(huán)形，噴霧角度為40°-90°。A/B系列空心噴嘴能在大范圍的流率和壓力下產(chǎn)生分布均勻、液滴大小為小到中等的噴霧。
