脫硝噴槍選型

SNCR脫硝噴槍雙流體噴槍的一般應(yīng)用：

噴槍采用快速接頭連接方式，拆卸方便；

采用保護(hù)碳化硅，具有耐高溫，耐磨損等特點(diǎn)，無需另設(shè)冷卻裝置就可確保噴槍長期安全運(yùn)行；

噴槍體積小，套管外徑只有36mm,可直接安裝于爐壁上。

大氣污染是近年來環(huán)保治理的重點(diǎn)。因燃煤工業(yè)窯爐煙氣中有NO--x, NO--x是一種主要的大氣污染物，它在強(qiáng)光作用下會(huì)與碳?xì)浠衔锇l(fā)生反應(yīng)行成有毒氣體，這種氣體排放到空氣中就會(huì)行成酸雨，嚴(yán)重危害生態(tài)環(huán)境。因此，在工業(yè)爐排氣前要求對有毒氣體進(jìn)行前處理。目前，氨還原法脫硝因其工藝簡單，投資成本低，成為主要的煙氣脫硝法。氨氣脫硝方法主要工作原理是：在壓縮空氣的作用下，將還原劑通過噴槍氣體和液體入口在槍體內(nèi)碰撞產(chǎn)生霧化顆粒然后噴到爐窯高溫?zé)煔庵?，還原劑中的氨和煙氣中的氮氧化物發(fā)生化學(xué)反應(yīng)，生成煙氣和水，脫出煙氣中的氮氧化物。

斐卓Feizhuo脫硝專用噴槍解決了普通清洗或降溫噴槍氣液能量交換不充分，霧化效果不好，還原劑霧化液滴動(dòng)能不高，射程短，不能有效的將還原劑噴到預(yù)定位置，脫硝效率低，氨逃逸效率高等問題，是一款專門適用于工業(yè)爐窯的脫硝專用噴槍。

斐卓Feizhuo脫硝噴槍結(jié)構(gòu)組成

根據(jù)燃煤工業(yè)爐窯煙氣脫硝的實(shí)際工況要求，脫硝專用噴槍里帶有獨(dú)特的具有旋流功能的混合室，被稱為旋流混合室雙流體噴槍。

本噴槍主要由槍體、保護(hù)套、槍體、槍頭構(gòu)成。

（1）

槍體內(nèi)有螺紋型的壓縮空氣接口，混合室和螺紋型的還原劑接口，壓縮空氣接口和混合室之間有軸向小孔相通；還原劑接口焊接在槍體上，還原劑接口和槍體之間有與混合室呈切向的小孔相通。

（2）

保護(hù)套上焊有保護(hù)氣接口，保護(hù)氣接口加工有保護(hù)氣管路接入螺紋，保護(hù)套和槍體之間用緊定螺釘固定，套在槍體外；

（3）

槍體的一端與槍體的混合室焊接；另一端加工有螺紋，與槍頭連接。

（4）

槍頭的一端加工有螺紋，與槍體連接；另一端加工有不同形狀和尺寸要求的孔，以便控制噴霧形狀成實(shí)心錐和扇形。
