噴槍基本結(jié)構(gòu)包含槍身、噴嘴套裝（風(fēng)帽、噴嘴和槍針，簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)三件套）、控制部件和其它附件等（如圖二）。為了能達(dá)到一個(gè)完美的噴涂效果，是離不開(kāi)噴槍的核心部件的。噴槍的噴嘴套裝（圖三）通常是經(jīng)過(guò)計(jì)算機(jī)檢測(cè)和監(jiān)控下生產(chǎn)的，一些負(fù)責(zé)任及專(zhuān)業(yè)的廠家更會(huì)對(duì)每套噴嘴套裝進(jìn)行手工調(diào)校，實(shí)操測(cè)試后組合成套的。因此，在更換噴嘴套裝時(shí)，三件套嚴(yán)禁出現(xiàn)隨意組合現(xiàn)象，否則，會(huì)影響完美的涂裝效果。

斐卓新型脫硝噴槍是我公司研發(fā)人員在充分吸收傳統(tǒng)脫硝噴槍優(yōu)點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上，進(jìn)行內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)改造而研制成功的一種新型脫硝噴槍?zhuān)瑢?duì)于脫硝工況來(lái)說(shuō)，脫硝噴嘴、噴槍良好的性能是保證脫硝效率高及運(yùn)行費(fèi)用、氨逃逸、熱損耗低的關(guān)鍵。其主要特點(diǎn)如下：

（1）使用壽命長(zhǎng)：斐卓新型耐磨脫硝噴槍采用了高強(qiáng)度的耐磨合金材料制作，不僅耐熱溫度高達(dá)1360℃，而且是普通脫硝噴槍使用壽命的2到3倍。

（2）設(shè)計(jì)更科學(xué)：普通脫硝噴槍氣、液一般是在噴嘴處混合形成霧化，噴嘴一旦被磨壞，液體就不再霧化會(huì)以水柱形式噴出，不但失去脫硝率，而且液體碰到鍋爐內(nèi)壁，還會(huì)導(dǎo)致鍋爐澆注料損毀。斐卓新型耐磨脫硝噴槍采用了槍體尾部混合霧化技術(shù)，即便噴嘴損壞，噴出的液體仍然能保持良好的霧化效果，不但對(duì)鍋爐不會(huì)造成任何損害，且依然能保持良好的脫硝效果。

（3）不需要冷卻風(fēng)：脫硝噴槍一般采用氣助式雙流體噴槍?zhuān)胀撓鯂姌屝枰柚鋮s風(fēng)對(duì)槍體冷卻保護(hù)，而空氣壓縮機(jī)耗電非常高，俗稱(chēng)電老虎。斐卓新型耐磨脫硝噴槍不需要冷卻風(fēng)保護(hù)，節(jié)省了電能，為企業(yè)節(jié)約了成本。

（4）噴嘴可更換：普通脫硝噴槍的噴嘴和噴槍是整體的，噴嘴需要更換時(shí)，必須連同槍體一起更換，造成不必要的浪費(fèi)。斐卓F 新eizhuo耐磨脫硝噴槍噴嘴與槍體采用螺紋連接，噴嘴需要更換時(shí)，不需要連同槍體一起更換，為企業(yè)節(jié)省了運(yùn)行費(fèi)用。

（5）噴槍裝、卸快捷：噴槍采用快裝連接，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)操作、維護(hù)簡(jiǎn)單方便。

斐卓Feizhuo氣動(dòng)式伸縮噴槍性能特點(diǎn)

1、  霧化均勻——噴霧全區(qū)域的粒徑分布均勻，為液體的均勻蒸發(fā)和吸收反應(yīng)提供了非常優(yōu)越的保證。平均顆粒直徑只有60μm，粒徑120μm。
