SNCR脫硝噴槍雙流體噴槍的一般應(yīng)用：

噴槍采用快速接頭連接方式，拆卸方便；

采用保護(hù)碳化硅，具有耐高溫，耐磨損等特點(diǎn)，無需另設(shè)冷卻裝置就可確保噴槍長期安全運(yùn)行；

噴槍體積小，套管外徑只有36mm,可直接安裝于爐壁上。

噴槍采用保護(hù)套管及活動(dòng)法蘭連接。可手動(dòng)將伸進(jìn)或者退出爐內(nèi)；

采用金屬保護(hù)套管設(shè)有風(fēng)冷接口，確保高溫環(huán)境下長期使用；

氨水脫硝噴槍的特點(diǎn)：

1、產(chǎn)生平均粒徑為70微米 “微霧”的二流體扇形噴嘴。

2、流量調(diào)整范圍較大，且噴霧角度變動(dòng)小。

3、噴霧形狀全區(qū)域內(nèi)的粒徑均勻。

4、流量分布均等，適合于多數(shù)噴嘴排列使用，噴射距離遠(yuǎn)，穿透力強(qiáng)。

5、異物通過徑大，不易阻塞。

6、結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，便于維護(hù)

7、可移動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)，安裝拆卸更加方便快捷，大大節(jié)省安裝、維修工作量。

8、噴槍可采用氣缸推進(jìn)系統(tǒng)，方便噴槍自動(dòng)推進(jìn)，延長噴槍使用壽命。

氨水脫硝噴槍主要用途：

1、 脫硝：氨水、尿素等還原劑的噴灑。

2、 冷卻：鍋爐尾氣、鑄件等的冷卻。

3、 調(diào)濕：混凝土、廢氣加濕。

4、 焚燒：廢水、廢液的焚燒

3HVLP環(huán)保省漆噴槍和RP省漆高效噴槍有一個(gè)共同的特點(diǎn)，即霧化氣壓較低，涂料的傳遞效率都高于65％以上，在噴嘴結(jié)構(gòu)上也還有一個(gè)共同的特點(diǎn)，就是都采用了當(dāng)今先進(jìn)的一項(xiàng)設(shè)計(jì)即空氣擾流板設(shè)計(jì)（圖五），這樣就確保了霧化空氣均勻地從風(fēng)帽內(nèi)部噴射出，當(dāng)霧化空氣均衡后，其霧化的涂料也就非常均勻，從而也就保證了涂料顏色的噴涂均勻。
