sncr脫硝噴槍產品介紹CSNCR系列噴槍有三種流量款式

設計特點

1、SNCR噴槍上的噴嘴使用大流量的空氣霧化型噴嘴，擁有多級霧化效果，在火力發(fā)電廠除塵脫硫脫硝，化工廠、水泥廠和除塵環(huán)保工程都有廣泛應用；

2、采用雙流體噴嘴，并使用蒸汽或空氣做第二流體；

3、在最惡劣的環(huán)境中，效率很高設計以及三級霧化仍能用最少的壓縮空氣使用量達到好的霧化性能；

4、內部裝有螺旋噴嘴為第二級霧化噴嘴，螺旋噴嘴的大孔徑流通通道設計可有效防止堵塞等惡劣的流體環(huán)境。

SNCR系列噴槍的標準材質:316不銹鋼鈷合金6耐磨護套。如需其他材質，請注明管徑、連接方式、噴嘴號、噴霧角度和材料。

FM霧化噴槍HVLP高流量低氣壓霧化方式：HVLP（High Volume Low Pressure）高流量低氣壓噴涂技術是目前涂裝行業(yè)較先進的現(xiàn)代噴涂技術。什么是高流量低氣壓？它是以極低的風帽霧化壓力(0.7巴，進氣壓力為2.0巴)霧化涂料，從而減少過噴帶來的涂料損耗及環(huán)境污染，配合相對較高的壓縮空氣流量(耗氣量約為每分鐘430公升)來補充能量，完成霧化；HVLP是1988年由美國加里佛尼亞州南海岸空氣質量管理局提出并制定相關的1151環(huán)保管理條例，當時規(guī)定只有噴槍風帽處空氣霧化壓力低于0.7巴(≤0.7巴)，而涂料傳遞效率高于65％的噴槍，亦即HVLP噴槍才可在區(qū)內使用。HVLP環(huán)保省漆系列噴槍的特點是節(jié)省涂料(實際使用比傳統(tǒng)噴槍節(jié)省15-30%的涂料)及減少污染，然而其每分鐘約430升的耗氣量較傳統(tǒng)噴槍略高，故需要較強而穩(wěn)定的壓縮空氣供應系統(tǒng)及與傳統(tǒng)噴槍稍為不同的噴涂手法。
