設(shè)計特點

1、SNCR噴槍上的噴嘴使用大流量的空氣霧化型噴嘴，擁有多級霧化效果，在火力發(fā)電廠除塵脫硫脫硝，化工廠、水泥廠和除塵環(huán)保工程都有廣泛應(yīng)用；

2、采用雙流體噴嘴，并使用蒸汽或空氣做第二流體；

3、在最惡劣的環(huán)境中，效率很高設(shè)計以及三級霧化仍能用最少的壓縮空氣使用量達到好的霧化性能；

4、內(nèi)部裝有螺旋噴嘴為第二級霧化噴嘴，螺旋噴嘴的大孔徑流通通道設(shè)計可有效防止堵塞等惡劣的流體環(huán)境。

SNCR系列噴槍的標準材質(zhì):316不銹鋼鈷合金6耐磨護套。如需其他材質(zhì)，請注明管徑、連接方式、噴嘴號、噴霧角度和材料。

Design features

FM空氣霧化噴嘴主要特性:

1、FIM系列噴槍分為兩種噴霧方式，扇形噴霧和圓形噴霧。根據(jù)客戶的需求可選用不同形狀的噴霧方式；

2、FIM微霧噴嘴噴霧量小，平均粒徑在50μm以內(nèi)，粒徑120μm。為低氣水比、低流量的二流體噴嘴；

3、足以應(yīng)對冷卻塔內(nèi)粉塵環(huán)境問題，進行先進、小型化的設(shè)計；

4、足夠小的噴嘴和槍體能夠在安裝條件苛刻的環(huán)境下方便使用；

5、流量分布均等，適合于多數(shù)噴嘴配列；

6、噴霧全區(qū)域的粒徑均勻分布，為液體的均勻蒸發(fā)和吸收反應(yīng)提供非常優(yōu)越的保證；

可選材料：303、316和310不銹鋼為標準材料，還有哈氏合金材料供選擇，以用于更嚴酷的環(huán)境。

(3)RP低流量中氣壓霧化方式：RP(Reduced＝降低了的；Pressure＝風(fēng)帽氣壓)省漆高效系列噴槍有先進的霧化技術(shù)，它結(jié)合了傳統(tǒng)噴槍與HVLP噴槍的優(yōu)點，其風(fēng)帽空氣壓力約在1.2-1.3巴之間；涂料傳遞效率在65％以上，但耗氣量比傳統(tǒng)噴槍更低(每分鐘295升，進氣壓力2.5巴)，操作上跟傳統(tǒng)噴非常接近。
