精細霧化噴嘴設(shè)計特點

精細霧化噴嘴分為燃油精細霧化噴嘴、高壓精細霧化噴嘴（高壓霧化噴嘴）、低壓精細霧化噴嘴（低壓霧化噴嘴）等。該類噴嘴主要是液壓作用下霧化，安裝簡單；噴出霧粒細微，霧化粒徑可達20微米，霧化充分，節(jié)能節(jié)水，成本低，效果好（噴霧效果可與空氣霧化噴嘴相媲美）；噴頭不堵塞，不漏水（自帶一個防漏裝置），內(nèi)旋式自動清潔，不銹鋼噴片經(jīng)先進鍛壓工藝處理，耐用性強。

精細霧化噴嘴的噴霧原理

精細霧化噴嘴的結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，在其內(nèi)部鑲安裝有一個由不銹鋼制作的噴嘴芯和大流葉片，并且還帶有一個防漏裝置，這種結(jié)構(gòu)使噴嘴內(nèi)的液體在20KG-120KG的水壓下，以極高的速度流動，從而在倒流葉片中形成了一個離心漩渦，這時從噴嘴口噴出的精細的空心式霧粒，整個精細霧化過程就完成了。

小流量空氣霧化噴嘴BIM系列：

產(chǎn)生平均粒徑100micron以下之“微霧”的二流體扇形噴嘴；

對噴霧液體加0.1-0.3MAa程度之壓力的液體加壓式，有很廣的流量調(diào)整范圍；

噴霧角度60°。

產(chǎn)生平均粒徑30micron以下之微霧的二流體扇形噴嘴，不需要供給液體加壓裝置之虹吸式。

一般應(yīng)用：

散步：脫模機、除臭劑、油、表面處理劑、防銹劑、潤滑劑、蜂蜜、防蟲劑、尿素水、其他；

冷卻：模具、氣體、鋼板、鋼片、鑄物、車體、涂裝物、玻璃板、塑膠、其他。
