性能特點(diǎn)
立式結(jié)構(gòu)，雙電動(dòng)，采用進(jìn)口PLC控制電路，輕觸式操作面板，網(wǎng)版升降和印刷過(guò)程采用獨(dú)立驅(qū)動(dòng)源，變頻馬達(dá)驅(qū)動(dòng)印刷刀架，方式線性精密導(dǎo)軌導(dǎo)向。垂直升降采用四臂式電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)，變頻器制動(dòng)，壽命高、運(yùn)行穩(wěn)，印刷運(yùn)動(dòng)由電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)，變頻調(diào)速。印刷平臺(tái)精度機(jī)構(gòu)科學(xué)，空氣阻力小，工作時(shí)真空吸附力強(qiáng)，首創(chuàng)印刷平臺(tái)調(diào)整機(jī)構(gòu)。
適用范圍
PCB柔性鋼性線路板、手機(jī)鏡片、電子產(chǎn)品、精密標(biāo)牌、各種貼花、各種硅膠按鍵、廣告裝潢等高精密的絲網(wǎng)印刷。
