參展程序
A、填寫《參展申請表》加蓋公章后郵寄或傳真至大會組委會；參展單位需按付款通知的要求，于7個工作日內交付展位費的50%作為定金（人民幣），以落實展臺位置；展位費的余額于2016年11月10日前付清，歡迎一次付清。否則，主辦單位將視其放棄參展，參展企業(yè)報名后中途退展，參展費用概不退還。
B、在確認展位后，主辦單位將向參展單位寄發(fā)《參展手冊》；手冊包括展品運輸、展臺設計搭建、旅行及住宿安排、物品租用等有關信息，參展商必須按要求填寫好手冊中有關表格，并于截止日前交回主辦單位。
C、展位順序分配原則 “先申請、先匯款、先安排”。 主辦單位在收到展位費定金后，才能落實參展商所預定的展位。
