    油分離器具有從制冷劑氣體混合物中分離油的能力，從而促進(jìn)制冷空調(diào)系統(tǒng)的有效運(yùn)行，并節(jié)約能源。它的功能是從壓縮機(jī)的制冷劑和油的混合物進(jìn)油入分離器的進(jìn)口，這個(gè)混合物流過(guò)一個(gè)過(guò)濾器和檔板裝置，使油的細(xì)粒聚集并跌落到油分離器的底部，制冷劑氣體通過(guò)出口。過(guò)濾器將殘余物油粒分離，并在“無(wú)油”狀態(tài)進(jìn)入不、冷凝器。制冷劑的油聚集在油分離器的底部，在該年的一個(gè)油浮球操作的針形閥開(kāi)啟，讓油回到壓縮機(jī)中。由于油分離器中的壓力比曲軸箱的壓力要高，因此油很快地返回到壓縮機(jī)中，當(dāng)油位下降，針形閥將關(guān)閉以防止制冷劑氣體返回到壓縮機(jī)。油分離器系統(tǒng)安裝于超市制冷及空調(diào)系統(tǒng)的多重壓縮機(jī)支架、帶有長(zhǎng)制冷液路的系統(tǒng)、存在內(nèi)部回油問(wèn)題的系統(tǒng)、超低溫系統(tǒng)和使用HCFCS.HFCS.及相應(yīng)的潤(rùn)滑劑的系統(tǒng)。
