獨(dú)立發(fā)泡架

    獨(dú)立發(fā)泡架可使內(nèi)桶、外桶固定牢固；內(nèi)、外桶不偏心，不跑位，可一次發(fā)泡聚安酯，實(shí)現(xiàn)了整體發(fā)泡的效果。也可將多個(gè)獨(dú)立發(fā)泡架串聯(lián)使用，實(shí)現(xiàn)多工位同時(shí)發(fā)泡，提高發(fā)泡效率。

Independent foaming frame

    The independent foaming frame can make the inner and outer tanks fixed firmly and can finish the overall polyurethane foam at one time. We can use multiple independent foaming frames as series to reach foaming of multi-stations and improve the efficiency.

1．清洗油箱油過(guò)濾器； 3個(gè)月/1次 2．黑白料過(guò)濾器拆下徹底清洗； 6個(gè)月/1次 3．油杯．徹底清洗； 1年/1次 4．閥拆下徹底清洗； 1年/1次 5．油管料管滲漏檢查； 6個(gè)月/1次 6．各電機(jī)除塵； 6個(gè)月/1次 7．液壓缸拆下徹底清洗； 1年/1次 8．檢查發(fā)泡機(jī)電機(jī)硅樹脂聯(lián)軸器磨損情況； 6個(gè)月/1次 9．控制柜除塵，緊固接線端子； 6個(gè)月/1次 10．配合計(jì)量部門校對(duì)計(jì)量?jī)x表； 按計(jì)量周期 11．清洗恒溫水機(jī)及系統(tǒng)中的水垢和沉淀物。

U形發(fā)泡線

    U形發(fā)泡線為30～85工位（工位待定）地軌循環(huán)式太陽(yáng)能發(fā)泡生產(chǎn)線，工作時(shí)可連續(xù)循環(huán)動(dòng)作，也可步進(jìn)工作，具有結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、操作簡(jiǎn)單、傳動(dòng)平穩(wěn)、生產(chǎn)效率高等特點(diǎn)，廣泛應(yīng)用于太陽(yáng)能批量發(fā)泡生產(chǎn)。

U shape foaming line

U shape foaming line is the recirculation foaming production line with 30~85 stations (station is pending.) for solar water heater.

It can work continuously and circularly, or step by step. It has the features of tight structure, easy operation, stable movement, high

efficiency, etc. It is used widely in the foaming production of solar water heater.
