（PP）工程級聚丙烯管材簡稱PP管
    PP管是由工程級聚丙烯粒料經(jīng)擠出成型。該管材無毒、無味，廣泛應(yīng)用于化工、環(huán)保、食品衛(wèi)生、建筑給排水等領(lǐng)域（執(zhí)行QB1929-93標(biāo)準(zhǔn)）。PP（ Polypropylene聚丙烯）是與我們?nèi)粘Ｉ蠲芮邢嚓P(guān)的通用樹脂，是丙烯最重要的下游產(chǎn)品，世界丙烯的50%，我國丙烯的65%都是用來制聚丙烯。聚丙烯是世界上增長最快的通用熱塑性樹脂，總量僅僅次于聚乙烯和聚氯乙烯。PP是結(jié)晶性塑料 ，一般為呈不規(guī)則圓形表面有蠟質(zhì)光澤白色顆料。密度0.9-0.91g/cm3，是塑料中最輕的一種。有較明顯的熔點(diǎn)， 根據(jù)結(jié)晶度和分子量的不同，熔點(diǎn)在170℃左右，而其分解溫度在290℃以上，因而有著很寬的成型溫度范圍，成型收縮率1.0-2.5%。PP的使用溫度可達(dá)100℃，具有良好的電性能和高頻絕緣性，且不受濕度影響。PP管材www.chinatysj.com.但低溫下易脆，不耐磨，易老化。適于制作一般機(jī)械零件，耐腐蝕零件和絕緣零件。此外，用PP料制做的鉸鏈產(chǎn)品具有突出的耐疲勞性能。
