鈦白粉R-248

鈦白粉R-248屬于金紅石型鈦白粉。鈦白粉R-248是具有藍(lán)相高、易分散、高耐候性、高遮蓋力、低吸油量、良好體系相容性、優(yōu)異加工流變性等特性，是一種偏油性的、高品質(zhì)的塑料專用鈦白粉。鈦白粉R-248可廣泛用于聚烯烴、PVC、ABS、PS等色母粒、型材、板材、管材中，鈦白粉R-248也可用于制皮革色漿、油性涂料等。

鈦白粉R-248的藍(lán)色底相：鈦白粉R-248的平均粒子大小接近于鈦白粉理論最佳粒徑，小粒徑的TiO2比大粒徑更能有效的散射藍(lán)光，因此鈦白粉R-248具有更藍(lán)的底相和優(yōu)良的白度。
    鈦白粉R-248的優(yōu)秀分散性：特殊的無(wú)機(jī)表面處理和有機(jī)表面處理減少了TiO2粒子之間的接觸，使鈦白粉R-248在應(yīng)用過(guò)程中表現(xiàn)出優(yōu)秀的分散性。因而鈦白粉R-248潤(rùn)濕性好，易研磨。
    鈦白粉R-248的低吸油量：低吸油量，使鈦白粉R-248在塑料的應(yīng)用過(guò)程中保持良好的加工性能。
    鈦白粉R-248的高耐候性：鈦白粉R-248采用鋯包膜處理工藝，提高了鈦白粉的耐候性和耐熱性，因而鈦白粉R-248化學(xué)性能非常穩(wěn)定。
