公司,其前生是捷克鋼鐵研究院,改制之后成為VUHZ A.S,是世界著名的連鑄機結晶液位系統(tǒng)制造商,以其世界上最領先的科技水平,突破了傳統(tǒng)的檢測系統(tǒng)的局限, 傳統(tǒng)的檢測系統(tǒng)一般采用Co一60或浮球檢測系統(tǒng)。其中Co—60檢測雖然精度高,但其具有放射性,需要專業(yè)人員保管和使用,安全性不高。而浮球是采用耐材制造的,會受到鋼水的侵蝕,需定期人為更換和預熱,增加操作人員的勞動強度和中斷整個控制系統(tǒng)降低鑄機的效率。VUHZ公司電磁感應式傳感器,測量范圍為0~160mm。VUHZ傳感器安裝在結晶器的頂部。冷卻系統(tǒng)采用直接用鑄機的一次冷卻水閉環(huán)冷卻,幾乎不用另增設備。
VUHZ A.S結晶液位系統(tǒng)是由前端的液位傳感器,中端的信號放大器及尾端的信號處理器組成。液位傳感器感應到鋼水液位后,通過連接電纜,把信號傳輸?shù)叫盘柗糯笃?,信號放大以后,再把信號傳輸?shù)叫盘柼幚砥鳎盘柼幚砥魇盏叫盘柡蠼?jīng)過分析處理,對連鑄機的生產過程作出指定。

VUHZ A.S Mold level measurement is not sensitive to local meniscus disturbances, such as vortices caused by argon blowing, various types of waves, etc. Sensor's viewing field width is approx. 600 mm and sensor measures mean molten steel level at this section of the mold's width. Typical course of characteristic is shown in.
2.3 Electromagnetic sensor SH7-S10
The sensor has shape of prism. The sensor is made of stainless non-ferromagnetic steel. Two sensing coils are located symmetrically to the axis.
The sensor is fastened to the mold by means of sensor cover, which serves as a clamp and which protects the sensor as well. The sensor cover is screwed on to two special holders fixed to the water jacket – see chapter 4. The cable between sensor and pre-amplifier may consist of two parts. Flexible cable is firmly soldered to each sensor. On the mold top an intermediate connector coupling may be placed, which is connected with pre-amplifier by second part of the cable.

Sensor is resistant against a short-time molten slag overflow.
Steel drops or coherent steel layer are not allowed on the surface of the sensor.
