目前普通鍵盤的主要印刷原料是導(dǎo)電銀漿,要求導(dǎo)電銀漿的導(dǎo)電性能要好,附著力要好,耐彎折性要好。隨著鍵盤導(dǎo)電膜技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,已有開始運(yùn)用導(dǎo)電碳漿印刷線條,以及運(yùn)用防水膠對導(dǎo)電膜起到防水作用,從而在某些特殊情況下延長了鍵盤的使用壽命。

鍵盤導(dǎo)電膜的工作原理:
1.電路板是整個鍵盤的核心,主要擔(dān)任鍵盤掃描識別、編碼和信號傳輸接口的工作。
2.上、中、下三層導(dǎo)電膜,上、下層分別印有電路連線及按鍵觸點(diǎn),中間隔層上有上、下觸點(diǎn)層對應(yīng)的圓孔,而隔層的作用是防止上下層電路短路。導(dǎo)電膜與字鍵之間有一顆硅膠,硅膠上凸出部位與字鍵相對應(yīng),按下按鍵后硅膠上的小凸點(diǎn)向下凹,使導(dǎo)電膜上、下觸點(diǎn)層的圓點(diǎn)觸點(diǎn)相接觸,形似開關(guān)接通,送出按鍵信號,經(jīng)IC掃描、編碼,并送出相應(yīng)按鍵字符的地址碼經(jīng)信號線,也就是電源線傳輸給電腦主機(jī)。
