注意事項

⒈玻璃零件接裝應(yīng)輕拿輕放，裝前應(yīng)洗干凈，擦干或烘干.

⒉各磨口，密封面密封圈及接頭安裝前都需要涂一層真空脂.

⒊加熱槽通電前必須加水，不允許無水干燒.

4.如真空抽不上來需檢查

⑴各接頭，接口是否密封

⑵密封圈，密封面是否有效

⑶主軸與密封圈之間真空脂是否涂好

⑷真空泵及其皮管是否漏氣

⑸玻璃件是否有裂縫，碎裂，損壞的現(xiàn)象

旋轉(zhuǎn)蒸發(fā)儀使用方法

1.打開低溫冷卻液循環(huán)泵。注意按電源鍵后再按下制冷鍵，降到所需溫度（4℃）。

2.打開水流抽氣機（真空泵）。

3.裝上蒸餾燒瓶并用夾子固定好。待有一定真空后開始旋轉(zhuǎn)。

4.調(diào)節(jié)蒸餾燒瓶高度(手柄置于Free位置可調(diào)節(jié)高度，然后置于Lock鎖定、旋轉(zhuǎn)速度（打開綠色按鈕燈亮，旋轉(zhuǎn)設(shè)定轉(zhuǎn)速），設(shè)定適當水浴溫度（35-40℃）。

5.蒸完先停止旋轉(zhuǎn)，打開通氣閥，然后關(guān)閉水流抽氣機，最后再取下蒸餾燒瓶。

6.關(guān)閉低溫冷卻液循環(huán)泵，停水浴加熱，倒出***瓶內(nèi)溶劑，洗干凈緩沖球，***瓶。

Safety instruction

● please connected properly (see technical parameters), and ensure a good grounding!

● work, cooling water pipe and exhaust pipe should be kept unobstructed, no dead corner.

● The glass component installation pipeline, should adopt the method of rotating push installation, so as not to damage the glass parts.

● The use of flammable materials or organic solvents, please don't let the solution splash overflow, away from the fire and ready to take emergency measures.
