1Cr11Ni2W2MoV特性及適用范圍:
1Cr11Ni2W2MoV馬氏體型耐熱不銹鋼,是在低碳的12%Cr鋼中加入大量的W、Mo、V等縮小奧氏體相區(qū)的鐵素體形成元素,使得鋼具有馬氏體相變硬化能力,13Cr11Ni2W2MoV是具有優(yōu)良綜合力學(xué)性能的馬氏體耐熱不銹鋼,拉伸強(qiáng)度高、持久強(qiáng)度及蠕變極限均較高,廣泛用于制造發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)拉桿、螺栓、密封環(huán)、襯筒、銷軸、葉片、盤、軸等重要零部件。
