自動(dòng)伸縮設(shè)計(jì)——噴槍配有自動(dòng)伸縮機(jī)構(gòu)，系統(tǒng)停用時(shí)噴槍會(huì)根據(jù)設(shè)置要求自動(dòng)縮回，避免高溫?zé)煔鈱?duì)噴槍的灼燒，可現(xiàn)場(chǎng)、遠(yuǎn)程控制，運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定可靠。

降溫設(shè)計(jì)獨(dú)特——為避免噴槍長(zhǎng)期在850℃～1050℃的高溫環(huán)境下工作，固定式噴槍設(shè)計(jì)了獨(dú)特的降溫保護(hù)功能，大大延長(zhǎng)了噴槍的使用壽命。

霧化效果良好——霧化角度30°～90°，霧滴顆粒在30～70μm，霧場(chǎng)噴射距離從800mm～7500mm，霧場(chǎng)在煙氣中穿透能力強(qiáng)、與煙氣混合均勻，反應(yīng)劑與煙氣中的氮氧化物反應(yīng)更加充分，確保脫硝。

多種型號(hào)選擇——噴槍根據(jù)型號(hào)分為SE、FE、FT、FM、FV五個(gè)系列，根據(jù)霧場(chǎng)角度分為30°、55°、75°、90°和120°五種型號(hào)。單只噴槍噴射量在2～650 L/h，可根據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)工況變化任意調(diào)節(jié)，能夠滿足各種脫硝工況環(huán)境需求。

3HVLP環(huán)保省漆噴槍和RP省漆高效噴槍有一個(gè)共同的特點(diǎn)，即霧化氣壓較低，涂料的傳遞效率都高于65％以上，在噴嘴結(jié)構(gòu)上也還有一個(gè)共同的特點(diǎn)，就是都采用了當(dāng)今先進(jìn)的一項(xiàng)設(shè)計(jì)即空氣擾流板設(shè)計(jì)（圖五），這樣就確保了霧化空氣均勻地從風(fēng)帽內(nèi)部噴射出，當(dāng)霧化空氣均衡后，其霧化的涂料也就非常均勻，從而也就保證了涂料顏色的噴涂均勻。

由于RP省漆高效噴槍的涂料傳遞效率已非常接近HVLP噴槍，以往在美國只能使用HVLP噴槍，但從去年起，RP省漆高效噴槍已獲得美國20多個(gè)地區(qū)的認(rèn)可及批準(zhǔn)使用。
