扇形噴嘴的噴霧特性及設計特點:

扇形噴霧將液流分布成扇形或層狀噴霧；液滴大小為小到中等。在很寬的的流量和壓力范圍內，保持均勻的分布。在2.8公斤壓力下，噴流角度從0度到110度。

扇形噴嘴具有特色的邊緣漸細型噴霧，適用于多種噴嘴安裝和集管 噴淋的應用。高沖擊力的液柱流在單位面積上提供很大的沖擊力。通暢的流暢通道盡可能的減少了堵塞。

Fan nozzle spray characteristics and design features:

Fan-shaped spray flow distribution into the fan or layered spray;Droplet size is small to medium.Over a very wide range of flow and pressure, maintain uniform distribution.Under pressure from 2.8 kg, jet Angle from 0 degrees to 110 degrees.

斐卓高壓清洗噴嘴設計特點

MEG系列噴嘴具有特殊硬化的不銹鋼結構，具有較長的耐磨損壽命和流量控制精度。

MEG-TC型扇形噴嘴具有與標準的MEG噴嘴相同的性能，并帶有碳化鎢嵌體，從而提供了極佳的耐磨性。

我司另有1/4英寸快速連接設計的產(chǎn)品QCMEG，該產(chǎn)品噴流角度有0°液柱流到40°扇形噴霧，詳細情況可詢問我司。

MEG系列噴嘴的特點是能產(chǎn)生高沖擊力的液柱流或扇形噴霧形狀，噴流角為0°-65°。MEG系列噴嘴噴出的液霧分布均勻，液滴大小中等。MEG系列噴嘴的噴孔是經(jīng)精細工藝制成，可準確控制流率且噴嘴上帶有凹槽以防損壞。

MEG系列噴嘴具有內部導向葉片，可穩(wěn)定液體渦流，以產(chǎn)生大的噴射整體性和沖擊力。

MEG系列噴嘴上有銑削過的平臺，它與噴霧平面平行，對快速對準噴霧位置提供視覺參考。

空心噴嘴BD

空心噴嘴BD的

空心噴嘴噴霧顆粒奇極其細小均勻，能夠產(chǎn)生霧化均勻的空心錐形噴霧。BD系列噴嘴構造簡單，帽蓋能夠互換。噴嘴能夠直接安裝在管座上，不用另加轉接頭。

BD系列噴嘴分為標準角和廣角。

The spray droplets of this series nozzle are small and fine .And these nozzles can produce uniform atomization of hollow cone spray.

The structure of BD series nozzle is simple whose cap can be interchanged.The nozzle can be directly mounted on pipes with no adapter. 

BD series nozzle has two type angles:standard angle and wide angle.
