FM霧化噴槍HVLP高流量低氣壓霧化方式：HVLP（High Volume Low Pressure）高流量低氣壓噴涂技術(shù)是目前涂裝行業(yè)較先進的現(xiàn)代噴涂技術(shù)。什么是高流量低氣壓？它是以極低的風帽霧化壓力(0.7巴，進氣壓力為2.0巴)霧化涂料，從而減少過噴帶來的涂料損耗及環(huán)境污染，配合相對較高的壓縮空氣流量(耗氣量約為每分鐘430公升)來補充能量，完成霧化；HVLP是1988年由美國加里佛尼亞州南海岸空氣質(zhì)量管理局提出并制定相關(guān)的1151環(huán)保管理條例，當時規(guī)定只有噴槍風帽處空氣霧化壓力低于0.7巴(≤0.7巴)，而涂料傳遞效率高于65％的噴槍，亦即HVLP噴槍才可在區(qū)內(nèi)使用。HVLP環(huán)保省漆系列噴槍的特點是節(jié)省涂料(實際使用比傳統(tǒng)噴槍節(jié)省15-30%的涂料)及減少污染，然而其每分鐘約430升的耗氣量較傳統(tǒng)噴槍略高，故需要較強而穩(wěn)定的壓縮空氣供應(yīng)系統(tǒng)及與傳統(tǒng)噴槍稍為不同的噴涂手法。
