用途 別嘌呤醇及其代謝產(chǎn)物別黃嘌呤，均有抑制利黃嘌呤氧化酶的作用，進而使尿酸合成受阻，降低血中尿酸濃度，減少尿酸鹽在骨、關(guān)節(jié)及腎臟的沉著。臨床用于痛風、痛風性腎病。孕婦慎用；部分病人可出現(xiàn)皮疹、胃腸道反應及肝和造血系統(tǒng)損害，如轉(zhuǎn)氨酶升高和白細胞減少；與抗癌藥6-巰基嘌呤合用時，要將6-巰基嘌呤劑量減至常量的1/4。多飲水，以利尿酸排出。

用途 抗痛風藥。適用于原發(fā)性或繼發(fā)性血清尿酸增多的各種疾病，如痛風、急性或慢性白血病等。
